Header clamps: remove the bolts, apply loctite,
retorque. End of problem.
Gold pipe: remove pipe. Polish to stock color.
Spray inside of pipe with 1200-1500 degree F BBQ
paint. Allow to get tacky and recoat. Do for total
of 3 layers. Reinstall. Can't do this to muffler,
too much junk inside of it.
First real ride on mine was from Biloxi, MS to
Baton Rouge, LA and back the weekend after purchase.
Hasn't run right since :). Just kidding about how
it runs.
Exhaust tip works. Used by most show bike builders
competing in both regional and national level shows.
Did not do this to mine, and 21 months of abusing
the bike shows, lots of rust, little chrome left
up by the jug.
